This tender project, the Terminal T3B and the fourth runway project at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, has been approved for construction by the National Development and Reform Commission in Document No. Fa Gai Ji Chu [2020] 1721. The project owner is Chongqing Airport Group Co., Ltd. The construction funds come from the National Development and Reform Commission, the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, and the self – raised funds of Chongqing Airport Group Co., Ltd. The project has met the tender conditions, and now a public tender is carried out for the procurement project of the cold and heat source main units and machine room group control of Terminal T3B and the fourth runway project at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport. - Project Overview
The Terminal T3B under construction is located within Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, with a total construction area of approximately 360,000 square meters. Considering the usage requirements, load characteristics, site conditions, and the requirements for the application of renewable energy in the “Design Standard for Energy Efficiency (Green Buildings) of Public Buildings DBJ50 – 052 – 2020”, the cold and heat source of the central air – conditioning system of this project adopts a composite system of centrifugal chillers and air – cooled heat pump screw units. Air – source heat pump units are configured according to the heating demand, with a total of 12 units, which are located at the four corners of the outdoor landscape platforms on the north and south sides of the L3 floor. The air – source heat pump units are also used as the cold source of the central air – conditioning system. The part with insufficient total cooling capacity is supplemented by water – cooled variable – frequency centrifugal chillers. There are a total of 5 centrifugal chillers, which are located in the refrigeration machine room on the first floor. Against the backdrop of the issuance of documents such as the “Energy and Resource Consumption Quotas for Central and State Organs”, the “Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Establishment and Improvement of a Green, Low – Carbon, and Circular Development Economic System”, the “Carbon Peak Action Plan before 2030”, and the “Green and High – Efficiency Refrigeration Action Plan” by the state, this project actively responds to national policies and guidelines, aiming to build an energy – saving, environmentally friendly, and low – carbon high – efficiency machine room and promote the development of a green airport.
