Songjiang Group has been providing high-quality rubber expansion joint products to numerous customers. To ensure that our products are of the highest quality, an indispensable component is a comprehensive testing center, which conducts random sampling inspections on each batch of products. We let numerous advanced testing instruments speak for themselves, testing whether our products are truly durable and compliant. Below, we will introduce various equipment in our testing center.

The image above shows the large joint testing machine newly purchased by our factory in 2023. It can test joints up to a maximum size of DN2000.
After entering the factory area, we arrived at Gate No. 4 of Workshop 4, which is the testing center. Inside, there are sections for raw material testing, semi-finished product testing, and finished product testing. Raw material testing involves chemical experiments on the content of rubber raw materials. Semi-finished product testing includes producing a small amount of products using trial mixers and trial open mills, followed by rheometer testing. Additionally, using rubber tensile machines, samples are tested for various indicators such as tension, peeling, tearing, and deformation after being vulcanized with sample molds. In addition to these, there are also hardness testing instruments, low-temperature testing instruments, and high-temperature testing instruments. Furthermore, regular pressure testing is conducted on the produced rubber expansion joints.
