The integrated prefabricated pump station is equipment used for lifting sewage, rainwater, drinking water, and wastewater. It is assembled in the factory and transported to the site for installation as a pressurized pump station.
It consists of a top cover, glass reinforced plastic (GRP) cylinder, base, submersible pump, service platform, pipes, etc., to meet the requirements for pressurized drainage.
General Provisions: Quality inspection and acceptance should be carried out by the construction unit based on self-inspection qualification, and reported to the supervising (construction) unit for quality inspection according to the prescribed procedures. Inspection Quantity: 2 points for each pit. Inspection Method: Measured with a ruler. The allowable deviation of the foundation thickness is 0-10 mm. Inspection Quantity: 1 point for each pit. Inspection Method: Measured with a ruler. The materials used for backfilling the foundation should meet the design requirements.
