Shanghai Songjiang Vibration Absorber Co., Ltd. official website brings you information on the on-site testing of rubber soft joints for fan coil threaded connections, with a pressure of 25kg. Songjiang Group provides various high-pressure rubber expansion joint products to numerous customers. Below is the pressure testing scene provided by Songjiang Group for fan coil customers in the HVAC system.
Introduction to Fan Coil:
The fan coil unit is abbreviated as the fan coil. It is one of the terminal devices of the air conditioning system composed of a small fan, motor, and coil (air heat exchanger). When chilled water or hot water flows through the coil, heat exchange with the outside air occurs, cooling the air, dehumidifying, or heating to adjust the indoor air parameters. It is a commonly used terminal device for cooling and heating. Fan coil units should be selected for exposed or concealed installation according to the specific conditions and decoration requirements of the room, determining the installation position and form. Vertical units are generally placed under the window sills of exterior walls; horizontal units are suspended at the top of the room; wall-mounted units are hung above the wall; column-type units are reliably placed against the wall on the ground or inside the partition wall; cassette units are embedded in the ceiling. Exposed units are directly placed indoors without decoration, but units with colors coordinated with the room tone should be selected. Concealed units should be equipped with air supply and return air outlets coordinated with the architectural decoration, and air filters should be installed at the return air outlets. Removable or openable maintenance ports should also be left during architectural decoration for easy disassembly and maintenance of the fan and motor of the unit, as well as cleaning of the air heat exchanger. Horizontal installation units are mostly hidden in the ceiling, and there are two ways of air supply: upper side air supply box ceiling downward air supply. If side air supply is adopted, low static pressure fan coil units can be selected, and the outlet of the unit is directly connected to a double-layer louver air outlet; if ceiling downward air supply is adopted, high static pressure fan coil units should be selected, and the outlet of the unit can be connected to a section of air duct, with several diffusers connected above to supply air downward. There are two ways of return air for concealed horizontal units: setting louver or other forms of return air outlets and air outlet filters on the ceiling, connecting them to the return air box of the unit with air ducts, or not setting air ducts, allowing indoor air to enter the ceiling and then be sucked in by the unit installed on the ceiling. In addition, attention should be paid to the noise control requirements of the room when selecting fan coil units.
