Shanghai Songjiang Vibration Absorber Co., Ltd. official website presents to you: 【On-Site Testing】Information about the hydraulic pressure testing site for large diameter metal hoses. Every unit of metal hose products produced by Songjiang Group undergoes testing before leaving the factory. Below is the on-site testing using hydraulic pressure for large diameter hoses, reaching a pressure of 2.4 MPa.
Hydraulic Testing Introduction:
Hydraulic testing is a type of permeability test conducted within a borehole. It involves isolating a certain length of the borehole with a plug and then pressurizing water into that borehole segment at a certain pressure, measuring the corresponding inflow rate. The inflow rate per unit length of the test section under a certain pressure is used to characterize the permeability of the rock in that borehole segment, making it a commonly used method for evaluating rock permeability. Pre-test Stage: Gradually raise the water pressure inside the pipeline to the specified test pressure and stabilize it for 30 minutes. If there is a pressure drop during this period, water can be added to re-pressurize, but the re-pressurization must not exceed the test pressure. Inspect the pipeline joints, fittings, and other areas for leaks or damage. If there are leaks or damage, stop the pressure test immediately, identify the cause, and take appropriate measures before retesting. Main Test Stage: Stop adding water and pressurizing, stabilize for 15 minutes. If the pressure drop after 15 minutes does not exceed the allowable pressure drop value, increase the test pressure to the working pressure and maintain it at a constant pressure for 30 minutes. Conduct visual inspection, and if there are no signs of leakage, the hydraulic test is deemed satisfactory.
