It seals through mating sealing surfaces. The loose flange plate, which can rotate radially and slide axially, connects the two bodies under the tension of fastening bolts. This structure provides good sealing performance but is challenging to process, and the sealing surface is prone to damage. In special cases where rapid disassembly is required, the fastening bolts can be passed through holes in the flange plate, creating a quick-release flange plate.

Quick Type: For various metal hoses with a diameter below 100 millimeters, especially those requiring rapid assembly and disassembly, the quick type is generally adopted. It often uses a fluoroplastic or rubber “O”-shaped sealing ring for sealing. When the handle is moved a certain angle, it locks similar to the claws of multiple threads. The tighter the “O”-shaped sealing ring is compressed, the better its sealing performance. This structure is most suitable for situations such as fire scenes, battlefields, and other scenarios where rapid assembly and disassembly are required. Within a few seconds, without the need for any special tools, a set of joints can be connected or disconnected.
