BL-type wear-resistant rubber flexible connectors are mainly used in pipeline systems requiring wear resistance, such as concrete, silica sandstone, slurry, abrasives, and pulp. They are primarily produced using a synthesis of SBR and NR rubber, incorporating Cabot 220 ultra-fine carbon black to achieve high wear resistance (see Figure 1). Additionally, they can be paired with wear-resistant devices.
