“Wind Fan Spring Vibration Absorbers” for the National Grid Customer Service Center Southern Base
Shanghai Songjiang Vibration Absorber Co.,Ltd.won the bid for the National Grid Customer Service Center Southern Base project in May 2015. They provided wind fan spring shock absorbers as part of the project.
According to the information obtained from the Network Department of Shanghai Songjiang Vibration Absorber Group Co., Ltd., the National Grid Southern Customer Service Center project with a total investment of 3 billion yuan was settled in Jiangning District, Nanjing on the 7th. This project will build the National Grid 95598 Call Center, the Power Intelligence Interactive Website and E-commerce Center, the Power Tariff Settlement Service Center, and the Power Supply Service Research and Development Center in Jiangning Binjiang Development Zone, Nanjing, forming the “Four Centers” of the National Grid.
The National Grid 95598 Call Center will be constructed with 6,000 call seats and a total staff of nearly 10,000 people, realizing centralized management of 95598 calls, comprehensively accepting customer service needs such as electricity use, energy saving, and electric vehicle charging and swapping. The Power Intelligence Interactive Website and E-commerce Center will further improve the National Grid’s customer service channels, establish a unified 95598 intelligent interactive website, comprehensively accept various electricity-related services from customers, build an intelligent electricity mall, promote the sale of energy-saving products, provide intelligent electricity solutions, and comprehensively create a comprehensive service website for the National Grid’s power industry.
The Power Tariff Settlement Service Center will mainly expand the electricity recharge card business, conduct recharge card design, production, and distribution, and provide electricity fee collection and fund settlement support services for the 27 provincial (municipal) power companies of the National Grid. It is expected that by 2016, the sales volume of recharge cards will exceed 100 billion yuan. The construction of the National Grid Headquarters Electric Vehicle Charging and Swapping Support System will issue electric vehicle charging and swapping cards uniformly, support cross-provincial tariff settlement for electric vehicles, battery management, and asset management, and serve the development of the electric vehicle industry.
The Power Supply Service Research and Development Center will establish a comprehensive research and development base for the National Grid’s power supply services, energy-saving services, and electric vehicle charging and swapping services. It will carry out key technical research and achievement transformation in call access platform technology, energy-saving, and electric vehicle charging and swapping, promote commercial operation of energy-saving and electric vehicle charging and swapping, and build a specialized, open, cutting-edge technology development and application platform with National Grid characteristics to improve the technological content of power supply services.
The construction of the Southern Base project is planned to be carried out in two phases from the second half of 2012 to 2015, with operation to be completed within three years. It is estimated that the revenue will reach 1.5 billion yuan in 2015 and exceed 5 billion yuan by 2020.
