After multiple communications and negotiations, the decision was made to establish a presence in Anshan. In December 2015, Anshan Cloud Data Technology Development Co., Ltd. was registered. In October 2016, after design research, the center officially started construction. Liu Fengxue said, ‘During the project construction, the Anshan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government provided us with a lot of support and assistance, solving issues related to power supply and water supply for our enterprise. Upon learning that the original building structure did not meet the requirements for data center construction, government departments funded the reinforcement of the building and issued a reinforcement report, allowing the data center to be completed and put into operation smoothly.’
In 2019, Mdream Cloud Data Center was officially completed and put into operation, becoming the only triple-network integrated national standard Class A data center in the Northeast.
