In October 2021, spring vibration absorbers were provided for the Huizhou Yiwei Power Battery (THH Project).
1.Introduction to Huizhou Yiwei Power Battery Co., Ltd.:
Huizhou Yiwei Power Battery Co., Ltd. is located in Huizhou, a key town in eastern Guangdong Province, known as the homeland of Hakka people. The office address is at No. 36, Huifeng Road, Zhongkai High-tech Zone, Huizhou. The company was registered and established on February 5, 2021, at the Market Supervision Administration of Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Huizhou, with a registered capital of 128 million USD.
Over the past year, as the company has grown and developed, we have continuously provided customers with high-quality products, technical support, and sound after-sales service. Our main business includes the manufacturing and sales of batteries, synthetic materials, automotive parts and accessories, electronic special materials, new energy prime movers, metal materials, and new materials technology research and development. Additionally, we provide technical services, technology development, technology consulting, technology exchange, technology transfer, technology promotion, housing leasing, land use rights leasing, non-residential real estate leasing, machinery and equipment leasing, loading and unloading, and import and export of goods or technology.
In line with the development strategy and operational needs of Huizhou Yiwei Lithium Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), the Company and its subsidiary, Huizhou Yiwei Power Battery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huizhou Yiwei Power”), plan to invest in the construction of the Power Battery Research and Development Center Building Project (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”) in the Zhongkai High-tech Zone. The Company will invest 699.2325 million RMB to construct the “Power Battery Research and Development Center,” while Huizhou Yiwei Power will invest 235.7567 million USD to build the “Electrochemical Energy Storage and Power Battery Industry Common Technology Research and Innovation Service Platform.” This project aims to introduce advanced experimental equipment from domestic and international sources, as well as supporting high-performance testing equipment and laboratory monitoring systems, to establish a leading innovative service platform with comprehensive capabilities such as customized development, high-level automated trial production lines, electric performance and environmental adaptability testing, safety testing, etc.
The implementation of this project aligns with the national and market demands for the development of new energy industries, improvement of power battery energy density, fast charging capability, and integration of advanced technology research and industrial application. It is a crucial measure to further enhance the Company’s strength in the field of power batteries, improve the efficiency of new product development, support the steady growth of the Company’s power battery business, and establish comparative advantages, in line with the Company’s development strategy and planning.
Yiwei Lithium Energy announced that its subsidiary, Huizhou Yiwei Power Battery Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the construction of the “Passenger Vehicle Lithium-ion Power Battery Project (Phase II)” with its own and self-raised funds, with an investment amount not exceeding 3.9 billion RMB. On July 22nd, the Company’s subsidiary, Yiwei Power, plans to invest in the construction of several projects in Jingmen High-tech Zone, including a 3GWh cylindrical lithium iron phosphate battery production line and auxiliary facilities project, a 0.7GWh cylindrical ternary lithium battery production line and auxiliary facilities project, a 3GWh square lithium iron phosphate battery production line and auxiliary facilities project, a 4GWh square ternary lithium ion battery production line and auxiliary facilities project, and a 1.5GWh square ternary lithium ion battery production line and process testing project.
