1.Introduction to Yinchuan Jianfa Dayuecheng Performing Arts Center:
The Jianfa Dayuecheng project is a key project in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Yinchuan City. It is noteworthy that from the outset, the goal of commercial operation for Jianfa Dayuecheng was to achieve international standards. Over the past two years, the senior management team of the company has made several trips to countries such as Europe, America, Japan, and Korea to observe and study top-tier shopping centers worldwide. The objective is to develop Jianfa Dayuecheng into a family-oriented urban complex with an international perspective and domestic first-class standards, thereby providing consumers in Yinchuan and even the five provinces of Northwest China with an international shopping experience. Jianfa Dayuecheng has successively signed contracts with leading brands such as Wangfujing Department Store, Hyatt Hotels from the United States, Champion Skating Rink, Womei Cinema, and the German PASHIM Airport Duty-Free Experience Center. The recent investment promotion conference has attracted a large number of international and domestic first-line brands, including Grandma’s Home, Longtangli, Lugang Town, Pacific Coffee, Haagen-Dazs, and Uniqlo, indicating their intention to settle in. Currently, more than 70% of the investment promotion for Jianfa Dayuecheng has been completed.
According to Yang Zhitai, Vice Chairman of Jianfa Group, construction of both Phase I and Phase II of the Dayuecheng project commenced simultaneously on March 16, 2014, covering a total area of 840,000 square meters. The total investment in the project is 5 billion yuan, with nearly 2 billion yuan already invested. Currently, Phase I of Dayuecheng, including 330,000 square meters of commercial premises, a 5A-grade office building, a hotel, and the main structure of the Yinchuan Grand Theater, has been completed, entering the phase of facility and equipment installation as well as interior decoration. Phase II of the project, including supporting parking buildings, luxury apartments, and residential buildings, is progressing smoothly.
