3.Introduction to PTFE Rubber Joints for Ordos Yuansheng Optoelectronics:
PTFE rubber joints are rubber joints with an additional layer of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material lining the interior. This PTFE lining greatly enhances the long-term usability of the product in pipelines containing strong acids and alkalis. Importantly, it does not compromise the vibration reduction and noise reduction effects that rubber joints typically provide. Typically, for a DN100mm rubber joint, the thickness of the PTFE lining is 3mm. This thickness is determined by the technical department of Songjiang Group based on years of testing.
