1. Introduction to the Xiong’an International Hotel Project:
The Xiong’an International Hotel project has been approved for construction by the Hebei Xiong’an New Area Management Committee Reform and Development Bureau and the Hebei Xiong’an New Area Management Committee Planning and Construction Bureau through the following documents:

The project owner is Hebei Xiong’an Business Service Center Co., Ltd. The construction funds are self-raised by the enterprise, with a funding ratio of 100%, and the funds have been secured. The project is ready for bidding, and the intelligent building engineering of the Xiong’an International Hotel project is now open for public bidding.
Construction Location: The Xiong’an International Hotel project is located in the northwest of the Rongdong Area in Hebei Xiong’an New Area, bounded by N2 Road to the east, Yuerong Park to the west, E3 Road to the south, and S333 Provincial Road to the north.
Construction Scale: The project includes one conference center, one international hotel, and thirteen VIP reception buildings, covering an area of approximately 17.1 hectares with a total construction area of about 190,000 square meters. The international hotel has 5 floors above ground and 1 basement floor, the conference center has 2 floors above ground and 1 basement floor, and the VIP reception buildings have 2-3 floors above ground and 1 basement floor (partially 2 basement floors).
Bidding Scope:
Section One: The intelligent systems for Reception Buildings No. 1 to No. 13, the conference center, and the international hotel, including but not limited to: structured cabling, computer network system, PBX system, IPTV system, cable TV and satellite reception system, video surveillance system, access control system, electronic door lock system, guest control system, BA system, intelligent lighting control system, electronic patrol system, wireless intercom system, intrusion alarm system, parking fee and parking guidance system, six-party intercom system, energy management system, clock system, environmental monitoring system, UPS system, computer room engineering, and aggregation integration platform. The final scope is based on all construction content within the drawing range and all content included in the bidding documents issued during the bidding period, as well as all content included in the bid clarifications.
Section Two: The AV audio and video systems for Reception Buildings No. 1 to No. 13, the conference center, and the international hotel, including but not limited to: background music system, audio amplification and signal processing system, video display system, conference control system, lighting and hanging equipment, information release system, guest room audio-visual, and audio-video special cables. The final scope is based on all construction content within the drawing range and all content included in the bidding documents issued during the bidding period, as well as all content included in the bid clarifications.
Estimated Total Bidding Amount: Approximately 139.15 million yuan, including:
