Shanghai Songjiang Vibration Absorber Co.,Ltd. official website presents: 【Taizhou Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power Generation Project】Flexible Rubber Joint Contract information. Below is the contract introduction for the flexible rubber joint provided by Songjiang Group for this project.
1.Introduction to Taizhou Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power Generation Project:
The project is located in the Third Industrial Zone of Hongqi Liangzhongchang, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is invested and constructed by Taizhou Green Power Renewable Energy Co., Ltd., with design by China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd.
In the past, there was significant pollution from underground landfilling in Taizhou. Many rural towns used primitive landfilling methods near abandoned ponds, which not only hindered the decomposition of harmful waste, causing environmental pollution but also emitted toxic gases affecting the lives of nearby villagers. In recent years, the city has focused on rural solid waste disposal, establishing an integrated urban and rural solid waste centralized treatment system. This system involves household management, community cleaning, village collection, town transportation, and municipal processing, effectively improving the rural environment and enhancing the quality of urban and rural living environments.
Currently, all community solid waste in the streets has achieved daily production and daily clearance, and landfilling of waste has become a thing of the past, significantly improving the living environment. According to population numbers, each community determines the amount of solid waste generated and implements specific assessment measures, using incentives to encourage compliance.
After years of operation, the city has developed two models for the collection and disposal of household waste. Within the urban built-up areas, the sanitation department is responsible for sweeping, collecting, and transporting household waste to terminal disposal facilities for harmless treatment. In rural areas, waste collection and disposal are managed locally, following a five-level management model: household responsibility, community cleaning, village collection, town transportation, and municipal processing. Villages’ sanitation personnel are responsible for cleaning, and the waste is transported to town transfer stations for compression. The compressed waste is then sent to terminal disposal facilities for harmless treatment.
Currently, there are 147 waste transfer stations in the city, covering all urban areas. Jingjiang, Taixing, and Xinghua have achieved the goal of building 1-2 waste transfer stations in each town. The city has a total of 320 waste transport vehicles. Basic infrastructure such as garbage bins and garbage rooms has been fully equipped in villages and communities, exceeding the standard of one waste collection facility per 25 households, meeting the needs of waste collection, transportation, and disposal.
