During the pressure test phase of this project, there was a leakage issue at a pressure of 4 kg with the rubber joints. The client suspected that the products were counterfeit and sent representatives to the Shanghai Songjiang Group factory to investigate whether there were any shipping records. It turned out that the products they had purchased were not from our Songjiang Group, which led to the problem. This newly signed contract is for authentic Songjiang Group metal hose products.
1.Introduction to the Mianyang Xianhai Liwan Resort Hotel Project
The project is planned for construction in the Xianhai Scenic Area of Mianyang City. The planned land area is 64.5 mu (approximately 4.3 hectares), with a total planned building area of 29,550 square meters. This includes an above-ground building area of 14,977 square meters and an underground building area of 14,573 square meters. The green area is planned to be 18,463.63 square meters.
The main construction content includes the new construction of 25 hotel buildings, comprising a lobby, a Chinese restaurant, a Western specialty restaurant, conference rooms, multifunctional spa facilities, and supporting infrastructure within the area, such as roads, landscaping, power supply, weak signal communication, fire protection, and network facilities. Environmental protection facilities include one oil and slag separation tank, three sewage collection tanks, and several garbage collection points.
Upon completion, the project will provide 77 standard guest rooms and 9 independent guest suites. There will be 68 above-ground parking spaces for motor vehicles and 70 underground parking spaces. The total investment for the project is ¥243.4 million, with an environmental investment of ¥10.2 million, accounting for 4.19% of the total investment.
