1.Introduction to Jiangsu Dongcai New Materials Factory:

Jiangsu Dongcai New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangsu Dongcai) was established in 2012, located in the National Hai’an Economic and Technological Development Zone in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dongcai Technology Group. The company has a registered capital of 360 million yuan, with total assets amounting to 3 billion yuan, covering an area of over 1,300 acres, and employing more than 900 people.

Jiangsu Dongcai relies on the group’s national-level innovation platforms and its own establishment as a national-level “specialized, refined, distinctive” (SRD) enterprise, Jiangsu Province-certified enterprise technology center, Jiangsu Province enterprise engineering technology center, and High-performance Membrane Materials Engineering Technology Research Center. It relies on a high-quality R&D team composed mainly of doctors and masters, focusing professionally on the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of optical film materials, advanced electronic materials, and other products. These products are widely used in new displays, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, 5G communications, IC packaging, energy conservation and emission reduction, military industries, and other fields.

Located in Hai’an, Jiangsu Dongcai New Materials Co., Ltd. mainly produces polymer materials, functional membrane materials, etc. The enterprise utilizes advanced production equipment, precision production lines, and a comprehensive data management and analysis system, embarking on the path of intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation. Stepping into the production workshop of the third phase project of Jiangsu Dongcai New Materials Co., Ltd., advanced optical-grade polyester films are continuously produced. With a production line spanning over 200 meters, the required workforce is only half of the original. This production line, with a total investment of 450 million yuan, mainly imports equipment from Germany, while also introducing advanced technologies from the United States, Japan, South Korea, and other countries, coupled with 13 independent innovative technologies, producing optical-grade polyester films that meet international advanced standards.

Jiangsu Dongcai has been committed to breaking foreign monopolies. In 2021, the company’s sales reached 1.6 billion yuan, doubling from 800 million yuan in 2020. Currently, the factory building for the fourth phase project is under construction, aiming to add three world-class optical-grade polyester film production lines, striving to become an industrial Internet benchmark enterprise in Jiangsu Province and even nationwide.
