1.Huizhou Yiwei Power Battery Co., Ltd. Project THH：
The office address of Huizhou Yiwei Power Battery Co., Ltd. is located in the Hakka Overseas Chinese Town, a key town in eastern Guangdong, Huizhou, at No. 36 Huifeng Seven Road, Zhongkai High-tech Zone, Huizhou. The company was registered with the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone on February 5, 2021, with a registered capital of 128 million USD. Over the past year, as the company has grown and developed, we have consistently provided customers with high-quality products, technical support, and sound after-sales service. Our main business scope includes the manufacturing and sales of batteries, synthetic materials, automotive parts and accessories, electronic special materials, new energy original equipment, metal materials, and the research and development of new materials technology, emerging energy technology, and electronic special materials. Additionally, we engage in technical services, development, consultation, exchange, transfer, and promotion, as well as leasing of residential and non-residential real estate, land use rights, machinery and battery equipment, and cargo or technology import and export.
In response to the development strategy and business needs of Huizhou Yiwei Lithium Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), the Company and its subsidiary Huizhou Yiwei Power Battery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huizhou Yiwei Power”) plan to invest in the construction of the Power Battery Research and Development Center Building Project in Zhongkai High-tech Zone (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”). The Company will invest 699.2325 million RMB to build the “Power Battery Research and Development Center,” while Huizhou Yiwei Power will invest 235.7567 million USD to build the “Electrochemical Energy Storage and Power Battery Industry Common Technology Research and Innovation Service Platform,” introducing advanced experimental equipment, high-performance testing equipment, laboratory monitoring systems, etc., to build a leading domestic innovative service platform with customized development, high-level automated trial production lines, comprehensive capabilities in electrical performance and environmental adaptability testing, and safety testing.
The implementation of this project conforms to the national and market requirements for the development of the new energy industry, the improvement of power battery energy density, fast charging capability, and other performance enhancements. It promotes the integrated development of cutting-edge technology research and industrial application, strengthens the Company’s strength in the field of power batteries, improves the efficiency of new product development, and supports the steady growth of the Company’s power battery business and the establishment of comparative advantages, which is in line with the Company’s strategic development plan.
Yiwei Lithium Energy announced that its subsidiary Huizhou Yiwei Power Battery Co., Ltd. plans to invest in the construction of the “Passenger Vehicle Lithium-ion Power Battery Project (Phase II)” with its own and self-raised funds, with an investment amount not exceeding 3.9 billion RMB. On July 22nd, the company’s subsidiary Yiwei Power plans to invest in the construction of the following projects in Jingmen High-tech Zone: 3GWh cylindrical lithium iron phosphate battery production line and auxiliary facilities, 0.7GWh cylindrical ternary lithium battery production line and auxiliary facilities, 3GWh square lithium iron phosphate battery production line and auxiliary facilities, 4GWh ternary square lithium-ion battery production line and auxiliary facilities, and 1.5GWh ternary square lithium-ion battery production line and process testing facilities.
