1.Introduction to Zaozhuang Bayi Coal-water Slurry Thermal Power Project：
Zaozhuang Bayi Coal-water Slurry Thermal Power Co., Ltd. is located in Zaozhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, with Zao Cao Highway to the north and Beijing-Shanghai Railway to the west, enjoying a superior geographical location. The project effectively utilizes a series of preferential policies related to national key clean coal technology development, cogeneration of heat and power, environmental protection, comprehensive utilization, and high-tech industries.
It is a resource comprehensive utilization project approved by the Shandong Provincial Economic and Trade Commission and also a coal slurry comprehensive utilization and clean coal power generation project encouraged by the state. The project was approved by the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission on May 14, 2003, and groundbreaking took place on September 25, 2003. The first unit started supplying heat to Zaozhuang New City and High-tech Zone on November 30, 2004, and was synchronized to the grid for power generation on December 30, 2004. The construction period was only 14 months, which was four months shorter than similar power plants, setting a new record for the construction speed of similar power plants in the province and even the country. The second unit was successfully synchronized to the grid for power generation in May 2005. Currently, both units are operating at full capacity, with normal production and good operation.
With the continuous development of Zaozhuang New City, High-tech Zone, and Xuecheng District, as well as the increasing population and residential area, the demand for office heating, residential heating, and industrial heating has also increased. Currently, the two 25MW cogeneration units cannot meet the current heating demand, leading to a large number of coal-fired small boilers in the urban area, which pollutes the environment and wastes energy. Therefore, Zaozhuang Bayi Coal-water Slurry Thermal Power Co., Ltd. urgently needs to expand with two additional 1025t/h coal slime coal-water slurry re-combustion denitrification boilers, equipped with two 300MW steam turbines and cogeneration units, to achieve cogeneration of heat and power, comprehensive utilization of coal slime, and low NOx emissions from combustion, thereby achieving multiple effects of resource conservation, energy saving, and environmental protection.
