Jiangsu Kaisheng Paper Industry Co., Ltd. was registered on April 10, 2012, at the Shuyang County Market Supervision Administration. Its legal representative is Genhua. The company’s business scope includes the production and sale of coated whiteboard paper, high-strength corrugated paper, and paperboard recycling.
Located in the Yibei District of Shuyang Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Kaisheng Paper Industry Co., Ltd. is an enterprise that produces high-strength corrugated paper from recycled waste paper. In March 2012, Jiangsu Kaisheng Paper Industry Co., Ltd. obtained approval from the Suqian Environmental Protection Bureau. The project covers an area of 46,685 square meters, with an approved production plan of 100,000 tons of high-strength corrugated paper and 100,000 tons of coated whiteboard paper annually. Currently, the production line for 100,000 tons of high-strength corrugated paper has been completed, while the production line for 100,000 tons of coated whiteboard paper has not been constructed.
Due to market changes, the production line for coated whiteboard paper will no longer be built. Jiangsu Kaisheng Paper Co., Ltd. plans to invest 150 million yuan to add equipment in the existing factory building of the coated whiteboard paper production line and construct two 50,000-ton/a lightweight paper production lines. After the expansion, the company’s total production scale will be 100,000 tons/a of high-strength corrugated paper and 100,000 tons/a of lightweight paper.

3.Introduction to Rubber Air Tires for Paper Machine Rollers:
Rubber air tires, commonly known as corrugated air tires, airbags, or “skinny tigers,” are curved structures made of rubber and wire mesh. They consist of compressed air chambers formed by connecting two steel plates at both ends. The rubber and wire mesh themselves do not provide load-bearing capacity but rely on the compressed air inside to support the load. Typically, rubber air tires have 1 to 3 corrugations, but they can be designed and manufactured with 4 or more corrugations as needed. Additionally, two rubber air tires can be stacked and used together under certain conditions.
Rubber air tires are also referred to as air spring regulators or vibration isolation devices, depending on their performance and application.
Existing corrugated rubber air tires can be categorized based on their end structures into three types of connection methods:
Fixed flange connection type: The edges of the air tire at both ends are equal to or slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the corrugations. After drilling several holes, they are connected tightly using flange rings and end plates.
Loose sleeve flange connection type: The edges of the rubber air tire at both ends are much smaller than the outer diameter of the corrugations. No drilling is required, and they are connected using a steel flange ring and a standard end plate.
Self-sealing type: No flange connection is needed; instead, the tire is pressed into the end plate, and when compressed air is filled, it seals automatically.
The flange sealing forms between the rubber air tire ends and the connecting plate mainly include three structural forms: JBF type, GF type, and HF type.
