1. Introduction to Guodian Changzhou Power Plant:
Guodian Changzhou Power Co., Ltd. was registered and established in July 2003 with a registered capital of 1 billion RMB. It was jointly invested by Guodian Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd., Huatai Power (Jiangsu) Investment Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Guoxin Asset Management Group Co., Ltd., and Changzhou Investment Group Co., Ltd. The company has a current installed capacity of 2×630MW units and officially started power generation in 2006.
Guodian Changzhou Power Co., Ltd. is located in Chunjiang Town, Xinbei District, Changzhou City. The project was jointly invested by China Guodian Corporation, Huatai Power (Jiangsu) Investment Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Guoxin Asset Management Group Co., Ltd., and Changzhou Investment Group Co., Ltd. with investment proportions of 51%, 25%, 20%, and 4% respectively. The planned capacity of the company is 5.2 million kilowatts, with two 600,000-kilowatt units in the first phase and four 1-million-kilowatt units in the second and third phases. The first phase of the project was officially launched in February 2003, and dual investments were achieved in 2006.
