Both sides discussed matters related to the “Tianyi Residence” project in Zhuhai Wanzai.
The “Tianyi Residence” project, invested by He Yicheng, is located west of Nanwan Avenue, Wanzai, Xiangzhou District, with a total land area of 24,450 square meters and an estimated total investment of 580 million RMB. The total construction area is 160,000 square meters. According to preliminary design plans, the project includes four main buildings: three high-rise residential and commercial buildings ranging from 30 to 39 floors, and one over 20-story high five-star hotel. It is reported that the project has invited Hong Kong Xingye International Architectural Design Company, a well-known industry name, for design, with interior design handled by the American WILSON company. Upon completion, the hotel will be managed by the internationally renowned Hilton Hotels Group, with the project aiming to commence construction in August this year.
Relevant individuals from Wanzai Street expressed that once completed, the hotel will join the international standard five-star hotels and super five-star hotels planned in the Cross Gate Central Business District, rewriting the history of Wanzai area lacking high-end hotels overnight.
