1.Introduction to Zhejiang Hangzhou Horizon Robotics Visual Artificial Intelligence Industrialization Base:
Hangzhou Horizon Robotics Visual AI Industrialization Base is the first industrial project developed by Horizon Robotics Technologies after settling in the High-tech Zone (Binjiang). It commenced construction on February 22, 2020, and completed the topping out of the steel structure main body on June 28, 2021. The project is scheduled to be completed and accepted by the end of January 2022.
Situated in the core area of the Internet Industry Park, south of Chuanghui Road, west of Jiangshu Road, and north of Binxing Road, the industrial base is adjacent to completed properties such as the Binjiang District Gymnasium and public cultural facilities along the North Tang River, with convenient transportation nearby. The total investment in the project is 430 million yuan, with a land area of 8015 square meters, a building height of 99.8 meters, and a total construction area of 56,448.73 square meters. The project adopts a steel structure format with a modern industrial style and is expected to be put into use in 2022.
Upon completion, the project will mainly serve as production and application facilities for Horizon Robotics visual AI technology products, along with auxiliary supporting facilities. The 4th and 5th floors will be utilized as employee dining halls, supplemented by a leisure and sports area primarily for employee relaxation after meals and during breaks, with semi-outdoor data collection capabilities.
