1.Introduction to Xiang Piao Piao Milk Tea Tianjin Lanfangyuan Food Project:
Tianjin Lanfangyuan Food Co., Ltd. is located at No. 99 Gangcheng Avenue, Tianjin Airport Economic Zone, Tianjin, the economic center of the Bohai Sea region. It was registered with the Tianjin Binhai New Area Market and Quality Supervision Administration on February 28, 2017, with a registered capital of 30 million RMB. Over the past three years, we have consistently provided customers with quality products, technical support, and comprehensive after-sales service. Our main business includes the production, sales, technical development, and technical consulting of food products; self-operated and agency of goods and technology import and export (business activities subject to approval by relevant authorities).
The Tianjin Lanfangyuan Food Co., Ltd. sterile filled liquid milk tea project is located at the intersection of Gangcheng Avenue and Jingsan Road in the Tianjin Airport Economic Zone (with the central coordinates of the plant at 117.454593°E, 39.114845°N). The project was established in 2018 for the production of sterile filled liquid milk tea, covering an area of 34,153.4 square meters with a building area of 25,008.88 square meters. The main operations include the production of beverages (liquid milk tea, etc.).
The total investment in this project is 304.76 million RMB. The project is to be constructed within the existing factory area, including the construction of two sterile canned liquid milk tea production lines, a water treatment station, and other related supporting facilities. It is expected to produce 112,000 tons of sterile canned liquid milk tea annually.
The project is divided into two phases. The first phase of construction started in November 2018 and was put into trial operation in September 2019. The actual investment in the first phase was 260 million RMB. The first phase of the project constructed a new production plant covering 24,400.13 square meters, and built a sterile filling liquid milk tea production line, a sewage treatment station, and other related supporting facilities. The production plant and sewage treatment station planned in the environmental impact assessment were all built in the first phase. The sewage treatment station has a processing capacity of 800 cubic meters per day. The actual production capacity of the first phase project is to produce 216 tons of liquid milk tea per day (about 46,150 boxes per day, packaged in 15 cups per box, totaling 56,000 tons per year).
