The Oriental Geophysical Technology Park is located in Zhuozhou, Hebei, and is under the jurisdiction of China Petroleum Group’s Oriental Geophysical Exploration Co., Ltd. Covering an area of 309 acres, the park has a construction scale of 138,000 square meters. Once completed and in use, it is expected to play a significant role in promoting the industrial economy of Zhuozhou. The first phase of the Oriental Geophysical Technology Park has a building area of 81,000 square meters, including a 22-story research building, a 13,000-square-meter high-performance computer room, as well as a medium storage center and a power center. The project, scheduled for completion in October 2014, aims to become a modern and high-tech park with comprehensive functions and top-notch facilities.
Project Overview: The Oriental Geophysical Technology Park is an approved construction project by China Petroleum Group, comprising a research building, a high-performance computer room, a comprehensive power station, and a medium storage center. The total construction area is 81,000 square meters, with a research building area of 56,268 square meters. The project scope includes the mechanical and electrical general contracting of the ventilation and air conditioning systems for the research building, high-performance computer room, comprehensive power station, and medium storage center, as well as the oil storage tank system. This encompasses, but is not limited to (based on tender drawings): centrifugal chillers (Phase I), square cross-flow cooling towers (Phase I), square counter-flow cooling towers, plate heat exchangers, chilled water tanks, HVAC engineering (excluding boiler units, five sets of circulating water pumps, and constant pressure replenishment devices), RO and water softening systems (including water tanks), bypass filtration devices, dirt separators/filters, automatic dosing devices, degassing and dewatering devices, multi-split systems and terminals, fan coil units and cabinet units, fresh air (including air heating) and exhaust systems (excluding firefighting exhaust, civil defense facilities, and accident exhaust in gas fire suppression areas), humidification systems, precision air conditioning terminals in the computer room, automatic control and wiring, all bridge systems in the main equipment room (including refrigeration stations, cooling towers, pump rooms, heat exchange stations, etc.), process pipelines and supporting valves in indoor and outdoor trenches for chilled water/cooling water/heating, as well as supporting valves, oil tank installation with control, and distribution and electric control boxes for the chiller units (including inverters, filters, etc.), sporadic air conditioning, and electric oil burners, etc.
The high-voltage electrical demarcation point for the contractor is the 400V terminal distribution box or 10kV distribution cabinet provided by the employer, and the demarcation point with the outdoor process pipeline is 1.5 meters outside the wall. The fan coil is connected to the terminal circuit, and the control line is wired and installed. It does not include the purchase and installation of column radiators and underfloor heating materials. The construction interface is at the wall outlet of the heat exchange station.
Project Location: North side of Huayang East Road, Development Zone, Zhuozhou, Hebei Province Project Duration: The ventilation and air conditioning equipment in the comprehensive power station and high-performance computer room should be ready for use by November 15, 2014, with acceptance by relevant authorities and the acquisition of relevant documents. The medium storage center should be ready for use by November 15, 2014, with acceptance by relevant authorities and the acquisition of relevant documents. The research building should be ready for trial operation by November 15, 2014, and the ventilation and air conditioning equipment should be accepted by relevant authorities and relevant documents obtained by April 30, 2015.
